Resident Status: Access to the Site is strictly reserved for registered homeowners/shareholders and residents of the Riverwoods Gated Community.
Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party.
Unauthorized Use: You agree to notify admin@rmcltt.com immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. The administrators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Permissible Use

You agree to use this Site only for lawful, community-related purposes. You may not use the Site to:

Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or invasive of another’s privacy.
Distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Riverwoods Gated Community administration from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms of Use or your misuse of the Site.

The administration reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, if it is determined that you have breached these Terms of Use or are no longer a resident of the Riverwoods Gated Community.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
